Pricelist

Agreement on the price for the provision of a legal service is individual, taking account of the character of the legal assistance and importance of a specific case for a client. Services are usually provided on the basis of hours worked. In average, the rates of the law office amount to CZK 2,500.- per hour. In the case of larger extent of the provided services, a lower price or another type of an attorney's remuneration may be agreed.

Formation and incorporation of a simple limited liability company	35.000,- CZK (1.350 EUR)
Formation and incorporation of a joint stock company	52.000,- CZK (2.000 EUR)
Change in the person of an Executive Officer and entry in the Commercial Register	15.000,- CZK (580 EUR)
Contract on real estate transfer (simple) including the entry in the real estate cadastre	18.000,- CZK (700 EUR)
Contract on lien (simple) including the entry in the real estate cadastre	15.000.- CZK (575 EUR)
Other contracts	15.000,- CZK (575 EUR)

The stated prices are excluding VAT and they include all costs (judicial and notarial fees, administrative fees).
